great stay with minor issues

The room had high ceilings that made it feel spacious, and the cleanliness was impressive. The air conditioning kept us cool even during warm days. I enjoyed the city view from our window, adding to the charm of our stay.

However, the kitchen supplies were lacking, which made meal prep a bit challenging.

I absolutely loved my stay here because it was just a short walk to the Colosseum and there were so many great restaurants nearby, making it perfect for a weekend of exploring and enjoying local flavors. the staff were also super welcoming and made me feel right at home throughout my visit.

The place was close to everything! I could walk to the metro in just 10 minutes, and the room was HUGE with great water pressure in the bathroom! I felt like a king there!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's still reasonable.

my stay at velvet suite was really enjoyable! the location was perfect, only a short walk to the main station and metro. the superior double room was sparkling clean, and i appreciated the security as my belongings were safe while i explored. plus, the rates offered great quality for the price!

Could use more kitchen supplies.

I had a great stay at Velvet Suite for two nights. The spacious room offered plenty of space for my family, and it was spotlessly clean. Location played a huge role in our experience. Just a short walk from the Colosseum and close to the metro, it made exploring the city super easy. Marco, our host, was very helpful with local tips and handling our luggage. However, I felt the kitchen supplies could use improvement. we had an empty soap container that was bothersome.

Outstanding Service in a Perfect Location

I had a wonderful stay in the Deluxe Double Room for 10 nights. The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum, making it easy to explore the city. Patrizia and Ariana were exceptional – they kept everything sparkling clean and provided great recommendations. The kitchenette was a bonus for preparing light meals. The only downside was the limited dining options nearby.

The Double Room provided a comfy bed, perfect for sinking in after a long day. Location made it easy to explore the city on foot, with major sights just a stroll away.

Shower space is tight. I kept hitting the doors with my elbows. The noise from the entrance could wake you up if you're facing that way, and the water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly during showers. A couple of nights, there were some minor cleanliness issues, with hairs in the shower cabin and a strange smell coming from the closet. Also, keep in mind the elevator can be a bit unreliable since rooms are on the third floor, which might be a hassle if you prefer taking the lift.

The Deluxe Double Room was super spacious and comfy. The bathroom was huge with excellent water pressure, and I appreciated how quiet it was—didn’t hear any noise from the other rooms. Staff was responsive and kept everything clean. A couple of minor things, I wish there were some wine glasses available and the soap container was empty when I arrived. But overall, a nice stay!
